I came to this retreat with total uncertainty. To my surprise, it was a lot more than I expected. The location, the team members, the group and the experiences were so amazing and relaxing. After these few days, I felt like a new person… I had so much energy! It is a pity I end up eating a bit of the ‘unhealthy’ things, but that’s okay too! I am trying to eat healthier! And hope to continue to the once/month fasting day with the group.

Food: This was a highlight of the retreat. I have learnt that even with vegetables alone, you can have a wonderful, tasteful meal. Galit is an expert in her field. She explained thoroughly before we ate what was in the meal. Sometimes so simple, but yet so delicious!
Yoga: My first time ever participating in Yoga – I was again surprised that I really enjoyed the technique used. Yaara took the time to explain what we had to do, which, as a newcomer, was a delight!
Health talks: These lectures were so informative! Kathrin made the presentations for all age groups. We had time after the lectures where we shared our thoughts. If she wasn’t at the retreat, I would not have joined. I believe in what she says – it just makes so much sense.

Safe, caring and supportive environment made possible by good intentioned people… I felt more energetic and happier that I… gave myself the opportunity to slow down… relax, enrich my knowledge, meet new people, be a part of something good, learn new ways to elevate the level of my vitality.

Food was superb! It was fresh, tasty, rich and made with love. Every dish was made with thought and intention to support our health and the concavity size of our inner smile. Me and my body thank you from the bottom of our health.
Yoga: A new, refreshing and challenging activity for me as it made me connect to my body and my breath differently than with sport activities I’m used to back home. Yaara is a good instructor with lots of patient and experience. She made sure everyone is practicing in their own ability and with respect to each one’s limits. I take it with me onward.
Health talks: Mind opening and enriching… Katharina is full of knowledge and experience. She explained everything so calmly and clearly and answered each question with patience and truthfulness. Her humour helped heavy topics feel lighter and digestible. Although a lot of the topics we discussed are already familiar to me, the links she made with how it affects the body with an almost microscopic observation dropped my penny.

Food was excellent, tasty, and nourishing. I didn’t feel hungry throughout all five days. I loved Galit’s explanations that accompanied the meals.
The yoga practice suited my abilities… Yaara explained each pose precisely, which was very good.
Health talks: Fascinating, interesting, educational, and eye-opening. Kathrin patiently, humorously, and with great charm shared her extensive knowledge…

A totally holistic nurturing retreat… yoga, sumptuous healthy meals and lots of in depth health talks… I feel less stressed. My diet has improved. I practise my breathing exercises every time I start to feel stressed and it works!

Beautifully presented salads with layers of flavour and texture that were an explosion on the senses. Healthy delicious snacks and dips full of vitamins and protein yet with no added sugar, dairy gluten or meat. Head chef Galit gave cookery demonstrations and a take home recipe booklet.
Yoga: Yaara is excellent… She takes time to ensure everyone is doing the postures correctly and safely and is very encouraging and supportive to those new to this.
Dr Kathrin gave us such interesting talks .She is a font of knowledge but delivers this in an easily digestible and entertaining manner.
